The problem with your water
Most tap, bottled and filtered water is acidic, stripped of minerals and carries a high oxidation-reduction potential — meaning every sip adds to the oxidative load your body fights every day. Over time that shows up as symptoms we accept as normal but don't have to.
Chronic fatigue and energy crashes even after sleep
Persistent inflammation, joint pain and autoimmune flares
Gut issues, bloating, IBS and skin conditions like eczema
Hormonal imbalance, fertility struggles and irregular cycles
Brain fog, poor focus and low mental drive
$1,200+ per year on plastic bottles that aren't even clean
The solution
H₂ is the smallest molecule in existence. It passes through every cell membrane including the blood-brain barrier and selectively neutralises the most damaging free radicals without touching the ones your immune system needs. The result is system-wide support, not just one benefit.
The fourth phase of water
Dr. Gerald Pollack at the University of Washington discovered that water has a fourth phase beyond liquid, solid and gas. He called it EZ Water (Exclusion Zone water). This is published peer-reviewed science and it reframes everything about how your body actually runs.
“A glass of 9.5 water and 10 minutes of morning sunlight is one of the most powerful cellular inputs you can give your body. That's not woo — that's biophysics.”

Not all molecular hydrogen is created equal
Molecular hydrogen acts as a delivery enhancer — it makes nutrients and antioxidants more readily absorbed at the cellular level. But here's what most people miss: if you're adding H₂ to poor quality water, you're just making it easier for your cells to absorb whatever is already in it — including microplastics, chlorine and heavy metals. The source matters as much as the hydrogen itself.
Adds hydrogen to unfiltered water — potentially increases cellular absorption of contaminants already present. Not the upgrade it appears to be.
Microplastics found in most bottled water become more bioavailable with added H₂. Expensive, wasteful and potentially counterproductive.
Many produce minimal dissolved H₂ despite a high pH reading. Cheap mesh plating degrades quickly and cannot self-clean — meaning mineral buildup reduces effectiveness over time and contaminants can leach back into your water. A high pH number alone is not therapeutic hydrogen.
Water is filtered first then ionised through electrolysis. H₂ is produced within the water itself — not added after. Clean source, clean hydrogen, maximum benefit.
Dissolved molecular hydrogen from electrolysis has a significantly smaller particle size and higher cellular bioavailability than H₂ added via tablets or pressurised canisters.
Therapeutic benefit requires dissolved H₂ concentration above 0.5 ppm. Most tablets and generic machines don't measure or guarantee this threshold. Know what you're actually drinking.
“The goal isn't just to add hydrogen to your water. The goal is clean, filtered, structured hydrogen-rich water that gives your cells exactly what they need — and nothing else.”
What people are experiencing
“My joint pain dropped in the first two weeks. Six months in and my coach noticed the change before I even told him.”
“Gut issues I had for years started resolving within a month. The 6.0 skin protocol changed my eczema completely.”
“Recovery times are genuinely faster. I am sleeping better and my morning energy is something I have not felt in years.”
